Eurotec OSB Fix screw, countersunk head, TX20 (4.3 x 60 mm)

Eurotec OSB Fix is a fully threaded wood construction screw designed for wood-based materials. It is made from tempered carbon steel with a yellow galvanized Cr3 surface and features a 60° countersunk head with milling ribs. The screw has a TX20 drive and a tip with scraping groove (type 17), which helps reduce the splitting effect during installation. According to the manufacturer, pre-drilling is not required.

The fully threaded design helps hold the board firmly in position and can help prevent creaking noises. The screw is CE marked according to EN 14592, suitable for service classes 1 and 2 pursuant to DIN EN 1995 (Eurocode), and the manufacturer notes that it is not suitable for wood containing tannins.
