ST adhesive PE sealing strip for foundations with EPDM rubber beads, 10 mm

When insulating with ST strips, many advantages are achieved — insulation against moisture, cold, wind, and noise is ensured. Thanks to the closed-cell structure, good thermal insulation and water resistance are also provided. The insulating strips have good resistance to compression and excellent resistance to aging.

Standard ST adhesive strips with 10 mm EPDM rubber beads are available in widths of 100 mm, 150 mm, and 175 mm. They help fill gaps between wooden panels or between panels and foundations. Many benefits are gained by using this product instead of mineral/glass wool.

  • Insulation of wall panel joint areas

ST strip installation

The strip is equipped with a durable PE vapor barrier. This makes wall section installation easier because the film has a low coefficient of friction, allowing the panels to be easily “slid” into the correct position. For foundation insulation, ST adhesive strips up to 500 mm wide can be ordered. They function as a vapor barrier and prevent moisture from entering through the full thickness of the wall, and they can be connected to the floor moisture barrier.

Application: recommended for modular wall installation, as well as for roof sections and SIP installation.
